The absolute worst place to shop. The place is a mess, staff is unfriendly and no customer service skills at all! My husband bought me some clothes from here as a Christmas gift and they did not fit. I came to exchange, but they did not have my size so I tried returning and the clerk, very rudely, kept telling me I can only exchange. I asked her to give me store credit as I wasn’t interested in anything, and she kept telling me I have to exchange. I couldn’t even get store credit!!! She wasn’t willing to work with me at all and just kept repeating that I could only exchange. Although on the back of the receipt it stated that I have 30 days to return… She said that was old receipt paper. Lame. Save yourself the headache and do not come here.

Super terrible customer service. I went there for holiday shopping and waited at the check out more than 10 minutes. There were 3 sales person and zero customer on the line. After that I bought 22 items. I asked for second bag because one bag was not big enough to carry all these stuff but she said she cant give me second bag! I even could pay for the stupid bag. I will definitely not go there again. Somebody have to teach them how to provide a good customer service. Even 1 star is too much for this store.

The most negative shopping experience in my life. Most of the employees in this store dont know anything about customer service. They give themselves a right to discriminate their customers and always show their blank and unhappy faces. Sorry. This just affects the whole brand name. No more Tommy Hilfiger even if they try to train their employees again. I wonder why the managers have never thought about taking their front line employees to Starbucks store so that those people can learn about how to treat their customers. So disappointed. If I could leave a rating less than 1 star in Unilocal system, I would rate this store at –5 star
