Apparently, this is no longer an Elephant Car Wash, even though none of the signage has changed. They’ve done a decent job in the past, but today they refused to accept an Entertainment coupon and said it has changed ownership, which was confirmed as the location is no longer listed on the Elephant website; my business now goes elsewhere due to the ridiculous prices.

Seriously, for 22+ bucks you don’t clean the inside of my car? I’m from Arizona and was visiting Seattle area. In AZ, for the same price A LOT more is done (inside dusted and protectant applied, vacuumed, vents air blown, and I get a delightful air freshener).
I tried stopping at a couple places (Brown Bear included) and it looks like there were few (if any) places around that provided these services for a reasonable price. Oh well, that’s yet another reason why AZ is a glorious place for the cheap consumer!
Staff was very friendly though and did a nice job on the exterior– I just expected more for the price.

As hand car washes go, they were really awesome it was 15 minutes past closing time and I actually got everything done well. The employees did not rush and completely cleaned the car.

Omg. I wish Unilocal had a smell attachment. I am typing this one handed as I ride through. My other hand is covering my nose. The stench from the mold in the wash strips is UNBEARABLE.
Moldy and disgusting. AVOID!!!

Vacuums, err… don’t (?) suck
Just needed to quickly vacuum up all the crumbs in the mini-​van because I have kids (goes w/​o saying, right?) and went down to Auburn because it’s convenient from where I work. It’s always a bad sign when you don’t hear a loud motor from the machine. I only put 5 quarters in which lasted a good 5 mins but because the suction was so poor, I needed every last little second! THere wasn’t even any time left for the toxic fragrance mist! BUMMER! Anyways, don’t waste your time if you need to vacuum. as for the car wash, it’s raining so no car wash until at least April :)
