I believe BB&B belongs in the 3 star category by default because of the high prices they demand and the complete lack of soul. Still, they are a fallback for well-​reviewed items you can’t wait for from Amazon. This location is much larger than the one we have in Westwood Village with the usual sleek, immaculate appearance you’d find at any one of their stores. In this case, they were one of the few BB&B to carry the muffin pan I wanted by Chicago Metallic. Staff are slightly alert and willing to help out when the line gets long. I’d drive back if they had what I needed. There’s no shortage of parking for this outlet mall!

It’s a Bed, Bath and Beyond. What more do you want? They have a lot of stuff. The people who work there do their job. I seriously doubt they get paid enough to hold your hand while you pick out towels and flatware or whatever.
Go in knowing what you’re looking for and call ahead if you think you’re going to get all butt-​hurt about them not having something in stock.
Do you think it sucks to go there during Christmas? Imagine how much it sucks for them.
Kudos to these people for tolerating the cheap and the whiny.

I’ve been here twice. Once about a week before Christmas (HUGE MISTAKE) and the second time was just recently.
Customer service was average the first time (I don’t blame them, they were probably exhausted from all the Christmas shoppers) and more recently they were friendly and helpful.
Prices are reasonable, it’s super easy to spend a whole bunch of time wandering around at this store though. They always have more random utensils for sale too — last time I saw pot scrapers and garbage disposal cleaning balls… who would have thought.

They didn’t have the set of pots and pans I was looking for and the sales guy had no problem letting me know I should check on of their other stores. He wasn’t rude per se, more like total indifference.
It wasn’t a good shopping experience at all, but I’m saving them from the one star review because of the wonderful experience I had at the next Bed Bath & Beyond I stopped at.
This BBB is right on par with all the other stores in the cesspool that is the «Supermall.»
