This group performed a window repair for me that exceeded my expectations in every way. They were courteous, knowledgeable and professional in every way. They answered the phone rapidly, came out exactly at time they indicated to take measurements to ensure they provided an accurate estimate, knew exactly what was needed, pointed out other repairs in their quote to ensure they restored all functionality. Upon their visit to perform the repair, they ensured they arrived within the one-​hour schedule window they stated, and they performed the work seamlessly and flawlessly with efficiency that completed their work in the timeframe they stated it would take. They cleaned up the area they worked at completely and thoroughly. I would recommend them for all your window /​glass door needs.

Mahmoud of U.S. Window Repair responded in a matter of hours when I initially contacted his company for a quote on some windows requiring repair. Subsequent email follow-​ups were also very responsive, unlike other companies I contacted for the same matter. After the parts were ordered & arrived, the company was able to complete the repair work on short notice, as at the time my house was for sale, & I was trying to have the windows repaired before settlement. As it would turn out, Mahmoud was able to arrive the day before settlement & complete the work. Overall my experience with U.S. Window Repair was great & I would not hesitate to recommend this professional company that will do the job right the first time.

I called U.S. Window Repair (the DC number) following a break-​in at my row house. The experience was positive all the way around — from the phone conversation, to the on-​time arrival of the person who came to my home to the one-​day turnaround on a replacement window (and he also boarded up the broken window, for a fee, which was money well spent for the sense of security and because there was a thunderstorm the night in between). They’re also replacing the screen that was damaged in the incident. Another company I called said it would take 7 – 10 days to get a replacement window and quoted me a higher price. While on-​time arrival and being straightforward shouldn’t be remarkable, they unfortunately are. U.S. Window exceeded my expectations.
