Very frustrating dealing with their office. I asked for something simple to be done administratively multiple times and it was seemingly a huge burden.

For regular lawn cutting — hey show up every Tuesday. But, after investing quite a s into a new driveway, retaining walls, and walkway early this spring I was antsy to get the ball rolling and get the landscaping done. Contacted the office and gave the other contractors an extra week to finish up — well Aaron called to reschedule for the following day, he did not show up — I called the office and they expressed how genuinely sorry they were and Aaron came out the following Monday. I was to have a plan with estimate by the end of the week but nothing. I have called, emailed and called again — each time I am told they will get back to me no later than the following morning — 3. ½ weeks have gone by and nothing. I am so frustrated I wish that I hadn’t paid my annual maintenance in advance as I am starting to look for other companies that have good ratings on promptness and accessibility.
It is a shame because I really think they «get «what I want — it is not going to be cheap but after investing the money in the driveway and walkways — I want a yard that makes me feel good to pull into — the take care of the weeds in the grass but I have 18» dandelions growing in my flower beds. Last year I had the same issue but was able to work in the yard — I have since had a cervical fusion and this type of work is off limits. Sad really — I just don’t think they have a good scheduling /​follow up system in place and it may be losing business

4.5 stars– it’s tough for me to give a 5 since I haven’t used them for everything they offer. They pretty much do everything in the land of the backyard, from mowing to clean up, to gutter cleaning, to complete landscape and hardscape projects.
My review is for the clean-​up services, since I recently moved to the area and my new home’s yard was — well — a hot mess. Aaron, the owner, came out personally to review my job and discuss my future plans. He was never sales-​ey, and really listened to what I wanted now, and what my future plans were.
Bottom line, they did a great job getting all the leaves and debris from the fall up, cleaned the gutters, and even left all my pebbles in my stone walkway weed and dirt free. It looks absolutely gorgeous. I can’t wait until the spring when I plan to do some landscaping and put in a patio. We are in Old Town, so Aaron said they can make the stone work look period and thought of some great natural stone options. He also found a solution for a major drainage issue we had. I’ll be honest, he wasn’t my «cheapest» quote, but I felt like I was in really good hands and the job he did, and what we’re talking about in the future, will be done right.

The owner of this company refused to provide an estimate due to the fact that I did not pay $ 200 for a canned landscape design sent to me in the mail without any consultation or input on my behalf. This was after I hired and PAID the company to perform a landscape project to remove bamboo, ivy and lay sod. The ‘Landscape Design’ seemed like a standard add-​on to the contract something to generate alittle extra money without actually doing any work. I wonder how many other clients have received the exact same landscape design and have forked over the $ 200 for what.
Based on the email response below generated from an estimate request, I would give this company an F in professionalism and an F– in arragonce.
Bottom Line — my review is DON’T BOTHER. There are plenty other Landscape companies out there that are willing to work with their clients and not assume that they know what a client wants without asking them.

Unfortunately Aaron would prefer to not provide you an estimate
for the described work listed below. After meeting with you a couple of years ago
and providing a landscape design drawing, for which you were billed $ 200, and never paid, he is not
inclined to try again.
