The staff is exceptional. I’ve always had great service when requested. I give this place one star for the cheap construction and noise levels. You can hear other occupants through the ceilings, talking on phones, tv audio, etc… The occupants aren’t being any louder than I am but due to cheap construction you can hear everyday life. This was confirmed when the management company had to send a notice to all residents about the noise levels and being respectful of each other. I would think twice about moving here again.

The maintenance staff are INCREDIBLE, very nice and get work done promptly. The office staff unfortunately are often rude and could care less about their residents. The leasing managers do not know the answers to many basic questions and it is difficult to find assistance when needed. Though dogs are allowed, it is not a dog friendly building. Outside there are often chicken bones left by the construction workers next door and cigarette butts all over the ground around the building. The ceiling/​floor is thin and we can always hear our neighbors above us walking around; thankfully not their tv, etc. We have had serious issues with our neighbors below us banging on the ceiling (even when we were sleeping in our bed!) and have been very frustrated with the property manager’s failure to assist in the situation. We are in bed by 10 every night and out of town most weekends, not staying up partying at all hours or blasting music. We will not be renewing our lease and know many of our neighbors will not as well for various reasons.

I love living here! I’ve been meaning to do a Unilocal review for the staff here, as they are fantastic! Michael and Lori have done such a fantastic job of getting this building up and running, and I’m so impressed with them!
