Starbucks

Very polite and friendly customer service. They work quickly and efficiently. The area is spacious and are 14 seats in the Starbucks area but additional seating all around the lobby and bar area if needed. They have a nice selection of cups, mugs, coffees, pastries, and Via mixes to choose from. They don’t have anything to scan the barcodes if you’re buying an item and thy also don’t have the ability to pay via the Starbucks app from your phone but they can still manually type in the number or if you have your Starbucks card with you thy will just swipe it like a credit card.

The coffee is always great but they sometimes give you a smaller size then what you ordered. My coworker experienced this this morning when he ordered a large and got a medium. Also they still dont have a scanner for the starbucks app so they manually enter my app info and manually enter a price which defeats the point of having the app.
Its been over a year and they still dont have the scanner that most starbucks have which is ridiculous. The person at the register had to be reminded by her coworker to double check the amount she was typing in before charging my card because she did it so quick.
Anyway, i hope they upgrade and get a scanner so we can use the starbucks app without having someone manually type it in and take more time. Other then the location is ok.

This location is very convenient.
You can put your purchases on your room or play standard ways such as credit card or cash.
Friendly staff opens at 6 AM which is convenient for those on work travel

My family and I are staying at the Hilton that this Starbucks is located in. We love our Starbucks, but after our experiences here we will not frequent this location again.
Three days in a row we have stopped here in the morning, and all three days they have done something to screw up our order. They have given us a smaller version of what we ordered despite paying for a larger size, shorted us on our order of breakfast pastries and also prepared our orders incorrectly.
One day, we watched a metro worker stop in to grab something quick to eat for breakfast. When she asked the manager behind the counter if she could get it warmed, the manager snapped back at her «we don’t have a microwave!» I can’t convey her tone in this review, but let’s just say that the manager’s response was extremely rude. I realize that this is a limited-​service Starbucks, but she could have handled the situation in a much more professional manner than this.
It’s a shame to see a Starbucks store being run in this manner, especially one that is conveniently located in a hotel. If you are looking for a coffee fix and you are reading this, move along to another Starbucks or try the Dunkin’ Donuts on the other side of King Street.

Warning, this is not your average Starbucks.
This is one of my favorite Starbucks. It seems really strange to be writing a review for a Starbucks and for a Starbucks that only has two other reviews, which aren’t great. I am writing to rectify the situation.
Upon starting a new job in Old Town a few coworkers found out that I am a coffee addict much like they are, so they took me to the promised land: Starbucks at the Hilton.
At this particular Starbucks even though it is in a Hilton you receive a star with every purchase and you are able to redeem/​cash in on your stars as well. This Starbucks also accepts offers, i.e., Treat Receipt, ½ off Fraps, etc. What’s there not to like?
As I am a regular, sure I am biased but I honestly have never had a bad experience here. Even the days that my drink order is messed up they immediately rectify the situation and make my new drink.
If you want a pep in your step along with your coffee served with a smile come to this Starbucks.
*Note, Five-​Star reviews are serious to me. I wouldn’t be giving this Hilton Starbucks a 5 Star if I didn’t mean it.

As mentioned by another reviewer, this is a limited-​service Starbucks inside a hotel. Probably only worth visiting if you are staying at this hotel or are meeting a guest there.
I was there on a weekday morning (when Starbucks tends to be busiest) and there was only one barista working there, both manning the register and making drinks. The line was very long and moving slowly and the barista was (understandably, considering how many people there were and there was nobody else to help) not in the best mood and confused about a lot of the orders.
Also, this Starbucks does not offer the full range of menu items. There are no sandwiches, including breakfast sandwiches, or fresh foods here.

Might be the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Half of the time they don’t know the drinks, can’t coherently put together a thought or can ring you up right. Add that to the fact that it doesn’t usually look too clean. Needless to say now a Dunkin Donuts coffee guy bc of this location

Really a crying shame that this Starbucks has to be the closest one to my office. Tucked inside a Hilton with no outside signage, the line was still 6 deep around 9 am on a weekday.
I needed a major pick me up to get my day going, so I splurged on a high calorie white chocolate mocha and a croissant. If I’m going to indulge nearly 400 calories on a single beverage, it better be darn.good. No go. I’m no coffee snob, but for the first time I understood what people were saying when they said Starbucks coffee tastes burnt. It tasted like a burnt mess, with no white chocolate taste at all.
The croissant, on the other hand, was the last in the case, and as soon as she handed it over, I could feel through the bag that it was hard as a rock. I asked her if they had baked it this morning… she assured me they had, or that they had imported it that morning, one… but it was the most stale 3 day old piece of bread I’ve ever eaten.
Will not be back.

Normally I give Starbucks a 3 star rating because their coffee typically tastes burnt to me however bravo for their new blonde blend! This is a nice Starbucks and considering its in the hotel lobby they don’t jack the price up. It’s nice if you are staying in the hotel!

I am not really feeling this Starbuck’s. It doesn’t have breakfast options like most Starbuck’s and what pastries they did have are extremely limited. I did end up getting a blueberry muffin and unfortunately it just wasn’t that good. As far as the coffee goes … it was alright. Once again your overpriced and over hyped type stuff. I am not a huge fan of Starbuck’s, but I met a mom here for a nanny interview. I didn’t have much say in the meeting spot. I simply did as I was told and met her there.
Keep in mind this Starbuck’s is located in the Hilton Hotel. It is great for guests who want to get their fix, otherwise, I am not that big of a fan.
