We used this service in our small medical practice in 2013 with no problem. They were efficient and prompt. This year (2014) we called to schedule on site shredding and they never showed up, nor did they call. We called to reschedule, they again never showed up. We called, they gave us an excuse and a new time. Still no show. Strike 3 — we’ll not contact them again.
