Terrible food, high prices — definitely NOT worth the cost. Will not return on the future

Okay food, nothing special. Pad Thai lacked flavored. Alfredo was better. A bit pricey though.

Just had a terrible experience at this noodles location. I frequent noodles so I was very upset by this. I placed a to go order and was told the total was $ 15 but when I went to pick it up the cashier said it was $ 22. I had to point it out for him to realize he made a mistake. I then asked for a cup for water which he then forgot I had a to-go order and gave me a regular cup. When I finally got to open my meal I had a half full bowl of what was supposed to be a buff bowl. After 3 bites I could see the bottom of the container. I usually really enjoy noodles but after this experience I will not be going back to this location any time soon.

I ordered the med chicken sandwich with a side of chicken soup. The sandwich was very flavorful and chicken soup tasted like homemade. I wish we had one of these in my hometown! I would be a regular! I also had a Rice Krispie treat for dessert, can’t go wrong there. They make them daily.

I don’t have too much time for lunch but I don’t like to stare up at a menu, pick from some preconfigured meals where the quality is hit or miss. I want to enjoy my food, not just cram down something at my desk while I finish the TPS reports and search for my stapler. I decided to go to noodles and company. OK, –1 star for making me tilt my head at a 30degree angle to see the menu, but other than that, the Japanese pan fried noodles were good. I added a buck or so and got a small tomato bisque soup. Let me tell you this. The soup was good. It was so good in fact I even considered writing a song. Bisque better have my yummy. We Stealin this Bisque. After 20 or so failed titles I just decided to enjoy the soup. The place is typically clean and I don’t have to worry about customer service or tipping. WINWIN. There is nothing worse than waiting for a server to bring you the check 15 minutes after you’ve already stopped eating. I’m a busy man. Now back to my basement workspace I go to find my stapler. That’s a line from the movie Office Space, in case you didn’t pick that up.

Fresh food, well prepared, and lots of choices for just about anyone. I’m doing Weight Watchers and usually get their Buff bowls – very low carbs, tons of veggies, protein in its several forms, love the tofu myself. It’s always been very beautifully cooked and seasoned. Yum! I come here for lunch sometimes during the week, or an early dinner, and it’s not super crowded, though business is steady. They keep up with cleanup quite well, in my opinion. I certainly do recommend this place for a quick meal.

Live nearby and used to come here all the time! Has gone downhill recently, probably mainly due to undermanning — constantly messy and always getting orders wrong, never more that one or two overworked folks around unless it’s right in the middle of lunch time. Unfortunate, because the food can be good :(will wait on this one to see if it bounces back, but doesn’t look promising right now.

Not a huge fan of chains, this is a pretty solid chain in Kingstowne. I always order the Indonesian peanut noodles and they also happen to have a «fig & pig» flatbread on special that was outstanding. I like the healthy and unique options here, as well as kid-friendly options and fun teas. Service is always friendly(MUCH moreso than that awful Panera a few doors down). My new chain to frequent for pickup.

Really great food, good service. Haven’t had a bad experience after going at least 10 times! Pesto cavatappi and pasta fresca(altho that recently changed) are favorites!

The staff here really understands good service. We came before it opened one day. We came back the next and got free cookies for the inconvenience!

Decent fast food option. But not much more than that. I had the stroganoff and it was a bit oily and thick.

Plenty of options to choose from including gluten-free pasta, vegetarian and protein add ons. Service here is quick and friendly. Order at the counter and food is brought out to you along with utensils(real silverware). They have the choose your variety of sodas machine, so awesome! They also carry hot chili sauce, and sea salt and black pepper grinders. The atmosphere is casual and laid back so there’s couples and families dining here. You can sit at tables or booths. I’ve ordered the spaghetti and meatballs plenty of times because it’s consistently good, esp the meatballs. Also flavorful and tasty is the pad Thai although a little on the dry side so maybe they could add an extra dollop or two of sauce. Definitely pick up a side of Thai curry soup with your entrée. It’s a lovely accompaniment of flavorful coconut broth filled with some rice noodles, sliced cabbage, green onions, and cilantro. I will probably try their dumplings at some point. I leave here feeling satisfied, both my tummy and my wallet.

Noodles, noodles everywhere! I’m not sure how I lived my life before Japanese Pan Noodles. There was definitely a void. This location has always been consistent. Clean, friendly.

I’ve been to this place first trying it out back in July 2013 and it has been nothing but good. But recently, they took a turn for the worst and decided to mess up my order. Not sure if they has new employees or it was a busy day. Nonetheless, that should be no excuse to make an error with food. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich as I always get when I go here and this one time I specifically ask for no coleslaw on the sandwich. Well, what do they do? Add coleslaw. My sandwich was immediately brought back back up to the front and I informed them of this error. The person at the cashier asked the cook and the cook stated it wasn’t coleslaw, it was cabbage. Someone please tell me the difference here? Coleslaw was on my sandwich. Just because there’s no mayonnaise added, doesn’t mean it’s different. Still coleslaw!!! This was more if a dry coleslaw sandwich rather than pulled pork well because they was barely any meat. There was only a mouthful combined of the two halves of the sandwich. What gives? Tomato soup was good.

Noodles is much like any other chain. Predictable, quick, but not somewhere you take a date. Dining room was messy, and there seemed to be only young people working at this particular place. A young girl was sweeping up a broken glass when another young girl came up and scolded her for not running trays to tables — when she was clearly sweeping glass up. I found this inappropriate considering she did it right in front of us as we ate our meal.

I love coming to this location. Friendly staff and always consistent with my foodies :-) I usually order penne rosa with chicken & shrimp or chicken noodle soup !!! & the cucumber tamato salad is always fresh. Oh! & not to mention the Nantucket orange mango juice!!! Absolutely amazing!

Finally decided to try Noodles & Company. The service and the staff were great but the food was hugely lacking. I got the mac n cheese with chicken and my husband got spaghetti and meatballs. We both ended up switching because we liked each others dishes more. After having our dinner consist of 90% carbs we just felt crappy. As far as the food goes, we’ve had much better else where. The food wasn’t even good enough for us to warrant taking left overs. Well, we’ve tried it now.

It’s average. We were starving and out in the burbs, so we stopped here for a quick bite. It’s a chain and it is what it is. We opted for the mac ‘n’ cheese with meatballs. It was tasty enough, but definitely not anything fresh or homemade. For a cheap lunch, it’ll do.

Gross… for them to call themselves Noodles & Company, you would think their noodles are cooked to perfection. I’ve been here a handful of times and I am now giving up. Every time I’ve been, the noodles are clingy/sticky…one big clump of gooeyness. At first, you would think their prices aren’t so bad, $ 5.60 for a bowl… however, this bowl does not include any meat. For an extra $ 2 and some change, you can add some meat. The chicken wasn’t too bad, just a grilled chicken breast… BUT…the steak, OMG… stay away! They look like chunks of beef you would find in a can of wet dog food. The beef they use is surely not a piece of fresh meat. I hope they don’t pride themselves of using fresh ingredients either. Will NEVER go again and would NEVER recommend this palce to anyone… not even my dog for their so called«steak.»
