I just picked up my computer from Microsoft who rescued my computer from a near fatal incident caused directly by Nanotech negligence. The owner Fernando was helpful but did not check my computer compatibility with the program he recommended. His technician Andrew not only did not listen to me on the numerous times I complained, he treated me like a feeble female. I may be female, but there is nothing feeble about me. As my computer ground to a halt he continued in email exchanges to put all of the blame on me. $ 1,200 later($ 580 to Nanotech & $ 520 to Microsoft to correct Nanotech’s mistakes) and three weeks of digital H – l; I am moving on.

I took my laptop here for a cracked screen. The owner and staff were very friendly and courteous and took time to diagnose and research my screen(eg the different types of replacement screens i could get, as well as pricing). I was very satisfied – no frills except the attempted up sell of anti-virus software(please). Overall though, very positive experience and would definitely go back!
