worst experience I have had in my life. Staff is extremely rude and unresponsive. The manager is the most unprofessional, rude, selfish person ever. She should not be allowed to run this place. Maintenance is unresponsive and will not provide you with any services.
A sewage pipe broke and there was crap (yes i mean human feces) on the ground in front of the children’s playground for over a month. I called the office, they did not care.
When they fixed the roof over our apartment the glue they used (highly unsafe to inhale) leaked into our apartment and it was scary to have my toddler living in those conditions. They drilled holes in my entire ceiling and till this day no one has come to close them (this was a year ago)
My toilet is broken therefore it leaks and my neighbors below get all sorts of residue on their ceiling. I called for months and no one has bothered to do something about it.
The laundry rooms are constantly flooded, they wreak of mold and weed. The washer nor the dryer are ever in service.
They shut off the water for the entire day once or twice a week. They shut off the light once every two weeks.
The conditions overall are inhuman and should be reported immediately.
I am currently speaking with the health department to see what they can do for others who will continue to live in these horrific conditions.

Ask yourself this questions and then continue to live here…

2. Do you want to be yelled at and harassed by the management when they tell you that rent is late but you have it before the due date? So basically paying rent on time is a crime. They embrasses you and claim they did nothing wrong and a court date will be set if you didn’t pay which was paid on time… which you did. You paid on time… Do you want this abuse?
3. Your package has arrived a gift sent by your loved one… but the crooks at the management claims they never saw it and keep asking who sent it? its clear it was sent to you and someone at the leasing office signed it…? package sent 2 days now its been one year? do you want this?
4. The maintenance staff was called for mice and roaches, broken pipes and anything which you called 3 days ago and its been 2 weeks. When they do arrive they look at you like they want to have tea and take things from your place and sell it! prime example of perverts and crooks. It will want you to leave the door closed and get your locks changed each time they enter? do you want this?
3. When you walk in your building the beautiful cans of beer are there to welcome you with a good smell! basically when you come to your apartment you living in trash can. You want this?
4. The laundry is so beautiful. People smoking weed. Washier left broken for years and the smell is like a dead rat family. The dryer is for decorations. The Window broken or smashed all year round.
5. People who live above you and below will have 8 to 10 people living and they can run, jump, throw things, blast music 24 hour clock and when you complain they threat you. You go to management they write a note to upper management which you did one year ago.
6. You have to pay for your bulbs and anything broken. you pay almost 2000.00 and we still have to pay for all bulbs. so you live in the dark unless you pay 7 to 14 dollars to replace light bulbs each. Can you live like that?
7. Management does not care and looks down at you. Makes you cry cause you did pay on time. The security guard walks one day at night and makes you feel unprotected when you see him smoking weed and you look the other way. You want this.
8. Answer these questions. Remember you want this right?
WORST decision in my life. I regret. I pray you don’t.

This is by far the most fraudulent place I have seen in Northern VA area. These people are not only bad at what they do but intentionally fraud because they keep removing bad reviews about things that are happening at their community. They have deleted their entire review panel thrice at least for what I have observed in6 months.
Tag line: Utilities are free? Yes, because you don’t have those half the time. They cut off water twice a week for an ENTIRE day and there is no AC/​heat just because they don’t think it is hot or cold enough. We have been in the apartment when it is 90 degrees without air conditioning. The pics are taken on a day when intense cleaning has taken place because usually you see colorful stuff in balconies and not to mention the huge bumps in the roads.
Parking is almost nonexistent and it gets even more precious when management decides to block it for reasons unknown without making any arrangements or informing the residents. We spent 3 nights in our car in front of our apartment with several other residents so it doesn’t get towed. A lot others had their cars towed because they parked in fire lanes and property manger’s response? «It isn’t my problem.»
Broken cabinets, poor and cheap carpeting and to top it off an increasing rent for things that are not even there. I will check back and try to post this frequently as many times as I can because if I save even one person from coming here then that’s one person less suffering in the world.
