McDonald’s

I come here about once a month.
1)The caucasian lady whom I assume is the manager/​supervisor due to her white shirt… Um she’s not very friendly. Not mean, but she never responds to a hi or thank you. She will just stand there until u say your order. She doesn’t greet you or ask what you would like.
She has spoken to me once, because she me something about my order.
She always looks like she ready to jump of a bridge. Just upset or depressed.
2) everyone else is seems nice, but I usually get the lady I described above.
3) restaurant is always very clean
4) I only get fries, and they are always cooked perfect & fresh.

Out of the 3 times I’ve come here, there has been no cashier up front, but instead the sweaty manager wearing gloves & cleaning some huge greasy fry container shrugs over to the register looking as if I’m disturbing him by interrupting his sanitary duties. After taking my order I watched as the 1 other employee slowly threw my food all together to then hand it to the manager who simply took another break from cleaning just to hand me the bag. No washing hands, not even taking off the cleaning gloves. This location closes at 11:00 pm and I arrived at 9:15 by the way. On a side note, good luck trying to get your order across correctly in English without the repeated «huhs?». This store needs lots of help. Will not return.

Very clean, good service. Downside was the lady was not very good at speaking English. Waited 5 minutes for the manager to take our order

Giving them a review because the old negative reviews don’t portray this place properly. They renovated last year and this place looks sharp. It’s very clean, has some lcd tv’s on the walls, and usb charging stations built in to the tables. Staff is nice, not outwardly friendly, but nice when you order or ask a question. Never a problem with the food or the coffee.

Horrible attitude… asked for ONLY cheese, tomato ($ 0.30 for one slice) and ketchup… I got no cheese, but plenty of attitude… from the cashier who seemed brand new, but also the manager. Also… what kind of McDonald’s doesn’t have a drive thru? Drive another block or two and get way better service.

Truly one of the most dirty McDonalds I have ever been in. If you don’t feel bad enough about eating in McDonalds in the first place, this will make you look around for some Purell.

Worst McDonald’s ever. Slow, poor service. They short portions and do not fill drinks up to the top. No drive through and no kids area. Very few tables. Avoid this location. You can drive to others in the area, order, and get your food faster than waiting here.
