I would have to say, since this place opened, it as went down hill! The menu and inside has NEVER changed since they open. The place is not very clean on the inside. My husband went here to eat for lunch one day, we looked at the wall hangings and there were spider webs like nobody has cleaned them in a very long time. The service was good, but it took forever to get our food. There maybe of been a total of 5 tables in there this day. Very disappointed!

Main street is a pretty decent place to grab a bite to eat. The set up is pretty nice and the food portions are large, good, and for the most part inexpensive. Main Street offers«Gold Fever» wings which are hard to come by and really delicious! Overall I really enjoy this place… the only downfall is the soda is always always weak(they say they have an issue with there machine for 1 + years) and they don’t offer free refills which is a bit strange. But all the more reason to have a beer(also pretty cheap)! If your in the area stop in and check this place out!

Great local establishment with inexpensive beer($ 2 for a Pennsylvania Lager), great service(sat at the bar as restaurant was busy but bartenders were quick, polite and made you feel like eating at the bar is the way to go), and amazing food. Was recommended to go there for the oak barrel flat iron steak(had it blackened no extra cost) and buffalo chips(seasoned chip/fries of their creation). Even the people were super friendly that were there eating. If you are near here it is worth taking a detour to get there!!!

We loved this place when we lived in the area. In fact, if we visit, this will be the place we eat. Prices are reasonable, the spicy shrimp in beer appetizer is my very favorite(comes with delicious fresh bread)! Wings are delicious. I like swordfish and theirs was just fine, thank you. The sweet tart mixed drink is my favorite drink. I always bought gift certificates for friends here as I knew it was a winner! Lots of TV’s to watch sports.

Little gem in the middle of no where, also known as Alexandria, PA; the arm pit of State College and Altoona. Indoor seating consisted of cramped stool type tables, but the outdoor is on a beautiful porch overlooking a stream with actual chairs, worth the drive if you feel up to an old Route 22 adventure! The food was great and plenty, the Dr. Barney(French dip on Texas toast) was filled with thick cut roast beef, and the Stacked Ham & Cheese was also a thick cut. Sour cream fries and buffalo dip app top off the adventure. Great staff. Highly recommended if you’re in the area.
