I’ve seen her for years. Simply put, she’s the best doctor I’ve ever used. She’s kind, she listens to her patients, and she’s extremely intelligent and competent. When she made the move from Alexandria city (a few minutes from my home) to Aldie (way out in the country), I willingly followed.

Dr Stone is an amazing physician and has been my primary caregiver for over fifteen years. As a health care provider myself I appreciate her thoroughness and wealth of experience, not to mention an amazing bedside manner.

Dr. Stone is nice enough, but as is typical of so many doctors these days, she does NOT return phone calls. Her office staff is really slow about this On a few occasions I’ve had to leave two or three messages over the course of a week before someone from her office would call me back. And a few ties when the doctor herself phoned me back, her message was so far off from what I asked that I could not even understand what she was saying. She also has an answering service that does NOT take messages. It’s all so frustrating. I’ve switched to another doctor.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Stone for 4 years and decided to stick with her when she stopped accepting insurance because she is that good. She is genuinely concerned about her patients’ well-​being. She and her staff always remember what we’ve discussed during previous visits and I never feel like she’s in a hurry to get me out the door. If I could see her for all of my medical needs, I would.

Dr. Stone rocks in all ways but you have to respect her schedule — which is not 24 – 7. She listens and cares. If you are looking for an awesome obgyn and you can be flexible with your schedule, I’d highly recommend her.
