Landmark Florist

, they use your local florist which in my case was Landmark Florist. I was very dissatisfied with what arrived at my doorstep. The flowers do not look fresh, they look to be a couple of days old. I would have been better off going down the street to Shoppers or Giant for flowers.

I ordered flowers for the first time in 2013 and they have been my go to florist ever since. The flowers are always fresh and delivered promptly. Even if I order last minute through the phone, in person, or online they always seem to get it done.
This Valentine’s Day, I ordered two weeks beforehand and requested a morning delivery for my sister. As always, the flowers got there way before noon but my sister wasn’t at home. It was way too cold outside to leave at the front door so they called my sister and myself to reschedule the delivery. Despite the busy day, they managed to redeliver the arrangement that same day! Once again, I left a happy, satisfied customer.

I asked this shop to deliver a last minute bouquet for Valentines; it arrived less than 2 hours after I placed the order– the business also seems very courteous and professional.

I ordered a premium size arrangement to go to a funeral home. This arrangement was approximately $ 140.00, which should have been a good size. My family was SO embarrassed when we arrived at the funeral home and saw what had been delivered. I called to let them know, and they said that they had put in the ‘Premium’ number of flowers, but the size basket doesn’t change. Had never used this florist, but it was close to the funeral home. Will never again. They didn’t seem to care at all of our dissatisfaction.

I tried to place an order for a next day delivery after I got off work recently, I got to the store at 6:30 pm and the doors were locked with two young ladies inside, I pulled on the door and they said we’re closed. I looked at the hours of operation on the door and it said they close at 7 pm, I pulled out my phone and called the number on the building, the young lady picked up and I said your hours say you close at 7 pm, she said I have somewhere to be and I have to do my paperwork, I said but the hours on the door says you close at 7, she offered to take the order over the phone with me standing outside in 30 degree weather but I said well, you just lost my business and I called the following morning to report the incident but I didn’t get too much of an apology, just kind of nonchalantly said I’ll talk to her, never asked me if I need to order now or anything. All I can say is order at your own risk but I will never patronize this local florist and from what I gather, it’s a mom and pop place and I try to buy local as possible but I’ll find another local place to order my flowers from. Very disappointing experience.
