Before you sign the agreement with Kareem he will answer all your calls and emails promptly. After the agreement is signed he takes his time replying to messages or phone calls. My experience was terrible as he delayed payments which caused issues with my lender. He always has an excuse for everything. I suggest you go with someone that is a professional in the field and responsive to your property needs.

We chose KAZO Property Management because we were so impressed with Kareem Fleming, the owner. He is very personable, responsible and responsive. We know that we have left our home in very capable hands to manage.
