Jackie J’s Bridal

Jackie genuinely cares about her customers. She gives awesome advice and wants everything to work together for brides on their special day. There is a private dressing room for the bride that is trying on, and there is a three-​way mirror with a platform on top of it where you can look at yourself from all angles. Plus, the service here is impeccable. They go out of their way to make sure that you feel important.

I dont know if just because I found my wedding dress at this store, that means it’s a good store. Honestly, it was just like every other bridal store I had gone into. I dont even think they had a good selection.
All I know is they were selling a bridal pillbox hat with a giant lace bow attached to the back and I knew I had my first piece of the puzzle. The woman (Jackie J is that you?) was adamant that I could not choose my wedding HAT before I found a wedding DRESS and tried to talk me out of it more than once. Minus a star for trying to force your silly backwards ways on me!
I was equally adamant that I would wear whatever dress matched the amazing hat I was about to buy and she finally gave in. I told her to find me all the dresses that would go with that hat. She only brought me one because, let’s face it, a pillbox hat is not that versatile. There was one tea-​length wedding dress that «nobody tries on because it’s too short» (thanks again for your vote of confidence Jackie J – minus another star) and it was perfect.
Finally, I had to share the dressing room with all the high-​schoolers getting ready for prom and that was really annoying. What was even more annoying was how many INCREDIBLY TAN 16 year olds live in Alexandria, Minnesota in the middle of winter. Gross… and minus one final star.
