I ate white rice & picked at the Hunan Beef. This was after rinsing the goopy sauce off with water. Pro: Decent white rice Opens late American food avail. Con: Got heartburn after 3 bites EXTRA-THICK goopy sauce Taste worst than Hair Gel Texturally reminiscent: Vaseline Jar
I will not return… My belly is mad at me… going to bed hungry and with a heartburn. I never knew that was even possible.

I get the pork fried rice and it’s pretty good. But this is your regular hole-in-the-wall Chinese food place.

I checked the reviews on Unilocal before choosing this place and so the great reviews and the closeness made me go with it. Bad idea. The lady at the counter was extremely polite, but thats were it ends. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken, not a hard dish, when i got home i, first noticed that the food wasnt it plastic containers as it usually is when you order combinations, but in the little white boxes, and second that i appeared not to have any sweet and sour sauce just a box full of chicken. I called them and she told me that the sauce was underneath the chicken(which it was not, but had it been there then i would have been ripped off on how much chicken i got) then when i told her it was not she told me then that it was in another small white box, so i noticed i had an extra white box i thought i would have small plastic containers with the saice in there. Nope. It was just in the container. Now lets talk about flavor. The chicken was extremely greasy, and the sauce was so bland that it tasted better to just get both a piece of chicken and some rice on my fork at the same time and eat it that way instead. The pork fried rice was decent but not something to brag about either. The eggroll was pretty yummy. My husband got the General Tso Chicken, and all he could say was it was just okay. So all in all i will not go back to that place. Not to mention the people loittering outside being entirely innapropriate.

Was home sick and decided to order egg drop soup and fried rice. Delivery was lightning fast. Will definitely order again when I feel up to trying other stuff on the menu…*update* A friend ordered from this place based on my recommendation and he really liked it, too.

One of the better places to get a good cheap steak & cheese. $ 8 gets you a large that puts Philly Cheesesteak Factory and Jerry’s Subs to shame. This is thin sliced ribeye, not Steak Ums. Wings aren’t bad either. At least the fryer oil is usually pretty fresh. I still prefer the wings at Magic Wok, but these are better than most. Nice people, too.

It shouldn’t have such a high rating. Service was good, but the chicken was scarce even in the general tso’s… I felt like I was eating the gristly tops of chicken wings, it looked like it too. My other dishes were high in veggies(about 90%), not meat… Not something I usually come across at Chinese food places.

Good food for a relatively cheap price. The spring rolls were a little dissapointing, but the dumplings and pork fried rice were amazing. Next time I have a need for chinese and am in the area I will be ordering from here.

Saw this place a number of times when driving by hwy 1 and actually walked in once to check out the menu but wanted to read Unilocal reviews before committing to dining here. Yep, the food is cooked to order which I like. I ordered to go the wonton soup $ 1.60 which came in a fairly large container even for a small size, and the sesame chicken with white rice $ 9.95. Both were generous portions and very good in price and taste. Running short on time for a meeting, ate the food on the spot. The guy behind the counter provided me styrafoam plates and plastic utensils. The sauce for the sesame chicken was like a dark soy color unlike other orangy sauces. It was both savory and sweet and a little spicy. The breading wasn’t too thick and still had a nice crunch even with the sauce. It looked mainly like dark meat was used. My favorite part of the dish was the tender stir fried broccoli(fresh, not frozen) that was hidden under the sesame chicken. IAnd the wonton soup was fabulous, a savory broth served steaming hot with completely intact wontons filled with garlicky pork. in fact, they were the size of steamed dumplings and they gave me five of them. The young lady who took my order was very nice and friendly. As I was leaving, she said have a nice day and thanks. I told her that I’d definitely be back.

The food was really good i got dumplings chow mein and sesame chicken{it was a little to sweet to me} but other than that the food was good and they delivered around the time they said they would… the only thing i didnt like was when i paid for the food the delivery man was like what no tip and practically begged for one which i thought was extremly rude but other than that it was good…
