Holland Flowers & The WeddingLoft

We used Holland Flowers and The Wedding Loft to do the flowers and photography for our daughter’s wedding. It was a pleasure to work with Marita who was very responsive to our wishes and made excellent suggestions that allowed us to work within our budget. The arrangements for the church and the reception were beautiful and elicited many positive comments from the guests. The flowers in the arrangements were of very high quality and very fresh, and the lucky guests who took them home enjoyed them for many days.
Oliver and his team captured the fun mood at the rehearsal dinner, took lovely photos at the church and reception. In addition he was very accommodating and got great photos of the wedding party at our daughter’s elementary school and in Rock Creek Park, site of our familiy’s frequent hikes. The album of photos is lovely and a wonderful reminder of the day.

We recently contracted with Holland Flowers for both flowers and photography for a large charity dinner. This is the third year our Association has worked with both Marita and Oliver. Working with these guys is SO EASY and the results are amazing. The flowers were beautiful and right on target for what we were looking for. You know they were great when people pay $ 10,000 for a table and then took the flowers home with them following the event! The photographs are always exactly what we want with the «who’s who» people in photos with the Executive Board members and others in attendance. The flowers set the tone of an event like this, and the photos let us keep an accurate history and people love to get their photos with the other guests. If either the flowers or photos fall short the entire event is impacted. Working with Marita and Oliver is always a positive venture and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Holland Flowers for any type of event. Thanks again Marita and Oliver!

It was wonderful to be able to secure our florist and photographer at the same time and place. This husband/​wife duo is amazing! They listened to all of our special requests and were so accommodating! We had hoped to have Cherry Blossoms grace the table by the Cherry Blossom SIgnature cocktails, but Cherry Blossoms are not blooming the end of May. Sure enough, Marita kept buds cooling in her flower cooler until the reception and they were blooming beautifully the day of the event! The arrangements and bouquets were spectacular. The colors and arrangements were stunning. Our guests have all been commenting on how fabulous the flowers were. We have seen the preliminary photographs from our wedding and are overwhelmed with how gorgeous they are, too! Oliver was creative in seeking the perfect spots for photographs around the cathedral. My favorite shot of the newlyweds was in an alcove that I didn’t even know existed! We are beyond thrilled with this couple and their talents. In addition to the flowers and photography, their experience with weddings, in general, enabled everything in our wedding to go smoothly. They are just top-​notch!
