I would give zero stars if this were an option.
Avoid this place like the plague. We used to come here and patronize this business regularly. It’s a small shop and the owner seemed nice enough being an older chinese lady. One thing that we didn’t care for right off the bat would be that sometimes she would leave her mother in the shop and make the customers wait until she returned to get their clothes (her mother spoke no english and didn’t know how to run the register). After coming here for several months you would think she appreciated our business. This was not the case, we caught her trying to overcharge us on a few occasions and my wife would have to intervene.
I didn’t like this at all, but my wife wanted to give her a second chance. So we did, and things got worse. She screwed up an expensive trench coat from Banana Republic of my wife’s. I told her if she didn’t fix it we would sue her — it got fixed and we never came back again.
Avoid this place at all costs…
