Was trying to cancel a class I had signed up for and when I called for their fax number, the guy just said «Our fax machine is broken. Has been broken for a while». Period. Aaaaaand? How about any suggestions how I can get this form to them? Had to ask and was told I had to drive all the way there and drop it off in person. Awesome. :(

This pool is the warmest in Fairfax County! Also it has nice employees, helpful and kind. I really enjoy the water aerobics classes here. I find it clean and pleasant! The hot tub is great after a swim, usuallly have a swim lane to myself and love the sauna! Kids love it for the «beach» effect of the kids section. It has handicapped, sloped with handrail entry. Great when the diving boards are open! Nice place to have a kids birthday party!
