Customer Service at the Finish Line in Waldorf, St. Charles mall had friendly & quick service, however, the added expense was not. I came into the store for pink Converse sneakers. They had all the rainbow of colors including pink however they were all out of pink in sizes 8. The sales rep. recommended to order the sneakers, and I agreed, but after placing the order there was a $ 6.99 expense I was not prepared for, AND was taken a back because I the customer had to pay a shipping fee when it was the store that didn’t have the product in stock. I asked to speak to a manager, and he proceeded to tell me that he couldn’t waive the fee and I would have had to have purchased sneakers for at least $ 50 before he could waive the shipping fee. NOW, I’m all for being loyal to a company based on customer service, but when a manager doesn’t try to extend his courtesy for a future or active customer that is POOR customer service especially in this day and age when sneaker stores are lined up in the mall by the dozens on both ends of the mall. So, although the sales rep was prompt and friendly this customer will patronize another sneaker store in the future.

Went in today for a pair of timbalands. 3 people working and I waited more than ten minutes before I received help. I left store and came back10 min later. I asked for another pair of shoes to try on along with the ones I intended to purchase. The guy never came back and proceeded to go to register to sell out item to another customer. I then said I just wanted to buy the original ones I asked for, i still waited another ten minutes before I decided to walked out. Doesn’t make sense for that many people to be working and I can’t receive help. They missed a sale ultimately.

Yall know I’m a hardcore Redskins fan and I had been eyeing some custom kicks to wear to on gamedays but had no idea what size shoe I wore in mens. I walked past this place when I dropped my friends kids off at their hair salon next door and figured I’d go in. I was kindly greeted and I proceeded to ask the guy about the size conversion, etc. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different brands and fits. He had a couple people come up up pay and ask for help and he asked me to sit right because he’d bring out some pairs for me to try so I could see. what he was talking about. And he did. I was so impressed at his level and his fellow employees attention to detail as. they helped people. I told him I wasnt buying anything and he still treated me with respect and the level of service you’d expect when buying. Too bad they over looked. I will definitely shop here when buying sneakers.

Since this store is located in America’s saddest mall(see my review for Landmark Mall: ) you are more likely to find your style and size here! The store is fairly standard and the employees are helpful and not too busy.
