Edible Arrangements

I came in here last minute to see if I could order something and then pick it up in a couple hours. The woman behind the counter explained that she had six orders up and it would take at least three hours. I explained that someone had recently passed away, and I was on my way to see their family and didn’t know what to do. Ashley made sure I had a little something to take to the family in less than two hours and I really really appreciated it. She was there all by herself and was obviously very busy but still gave kind and considerate service.

Surprisingly, a hidden gem for fruit smoothies. You can order pretty much any combination of as many different fruits as you want, and it’ll come out fast, fresh, and tasty. And the people who work there are always very friendly.

My mother called this location on Father’s Day, on the off chance that they could do a same day delivery to me. She was informed that they couldn’t, but that I could go pick it up, but she would have to hurry and place the order, as the cutoff was in 15 minutes. She called me to confirm that I would be able to go there, called the store back two minutes later and there was no answer.
She tried again, repeatedly, the next day, hoping to get them to do a same-​day delivery — again no one answered the phone for a good part of the day. By the time she was able to reach someone, she was told that the cutoff had passed. Their response when she explained that she had been trying to call all day? «Well, we’ve never had any complaints.»
She finally picked up what she wanted from a location local to her — whose staff was far more helpful.

Sadly, my family in New Orleans, not knowing anything about the DMV tried to send my 83 year old mother an arrangement for her birthday. They were very excited and told me what they were doing about two weeks before they did it. Unfortunately it did not work out as planned. The first failed attempt to deliver the arrangement was the Friday before my mom’s birthday on Saturday. At 8:30 pm, a delivery person brought a part of an eidable arrangement and told my mom to call on Saturday and ask them to bring the rest. Day two on My mom’s birthday I called and they said they would deliver it to Liberty Tavern where we were having brunch. Once again they never showed up. I received a call later that night saying that their driver quit and the once again couldn’t deliver it. Finally we got the arrangement in tact on Sunday evening. While thank them for continuing to work to get it right. The over all service was awful and it upset my family, who only wanted to give my mom a good birthday, more than anything.
