I went to E & M out of convenience since they’re across the street from my home, intending to get work done on my BMW. They spoke with me briefly and then left me waiting in their office for over 2 hours while they tended to a complaining customer. They seem clueless about what they’re doing, clearly have unsatisfied customers, and were blatently unprofessional just in how they treated me. Needless to say, I eventually came to my senses and left before becoming another victim of their negligence! I would never trust them with my car.
