Don’t even bother with this company, utterly useless. You call the central number to schedule something and it sounds like you’ve just caused the biggest inconvenience of the week to the lady who answers the phone. She’s all huffity when she answers the phone, then put me on hold only to come back 2 minutes later to ask how she can help me! I said I just spoke to you asking for a service, and I’d still like a service please! She starts huffing away again typing my details in to the system when it transpires that she already knows my name based on my address. Turns out this was the company I attempted to get a service call with for my AC unit in summer. Granted it was summer and granted it was a hot one, but I scheduled no less than 2 service calls with them only for THEM to call ME telling me they were rescheduling. The last reschedule put me out an entire MONTH. Evidently more lucrative deals were coming in for them, putting service calls to the back of the line.
Total waste of time and money, this company. But do call the central number 703−435−0205, if you fancy hearing someone who will sound angry because you called her and woke her up from her nap.
