I can’t say enough good stuff about this place. A while back, I had messed my shoulder up so that it had all the movement of the Tin Man’s before the oil. Well, within just a few weeks, I was getting remarkable results.
I also was lucky to work with several different therapist at this location, and I can say that they are professional and exceptional. I almost have full movement of my shoulder again, and I am even sleeping better thanks to my therapy. This place is a real life saver.

Maybe I was lucky. A lot of bad doctors offices in the area because the administrative staff don’t really care about their jobs, but I had very little trouble with my bills and everything. In comparison to others, I wouldn’t mind coming back here again.
My doc was very comprehensive in his explanation and very realistic, too. Never left without doubting anything honestly. I wish there were more offices like this one in the VA area.
I recovered from my injury in 8 weeks as expected. Besides some muscle cramps, I am in pretty good shape!

Doctors here don’t seem to care about patients. First thing you sign in they want you pay for the visit and it should be when you exit out. While you are paying the assistant already calling you to come in to the room.

I wasn’t impressed with the physician assistant I saw 3 times in this office. He didn’t want to order an MRI to diagnose my injury saying my insurance wouldn’t cover it. I said I’d pay it then because I needed to know for sure what was wrong with my foot. BTW, my insurance paid 100% of the MRI fee. I feel if he didn’t want to be aggressive with my injury (he treated it conservatively for 4 months) he should have sent me to a surgeon. I finally contacted a surgeon on my own.

Hi. Your co-pay will be $ 30 for this quick easy procedure done by very professional (or maybe not) staff. And yep, your insurance here, I just checked, will cover the rest. Thank you. Goodbye.
Then we will send you a bill for $ 140.31 after we charge your insurance company so much that they refuse to pay in full. And if you call the clinic you’ll be directed to our billing department who will be more than happy to explain to you that this is just «unfortunate wording» on the part of their staff. No, they will not train their staff to let people know how much a procedure will actually cost the patient.
Don’t go here.
