Century 21 New Millennium

In our experience, this is not a place for military families who want to rent a home in Kingstowne. We received poor treatment and were repeatedly mislead.

Mr. Michael Myaouenuh tried to take us for our money. He even tried to force us to close on a day that was not feasible but yet kept calling us and harassing us to close. He is very pushy and seems to be money hungry. We also had a horrible time understanding him because of his thick accent. He appeared very unorganized and constantly kept checking his phone for some unknown reason. After constantly trying to his attention and work around him, we decided to give up on him and call someone else. He is not fit for real estate so we are done with him!

Pam Campell is truly the best! Our family has worked with several agents previously with home buying and selling, and Pam blows all of them out of the water! In late September we wanted to close on a home in Kingstowne that was already under contract. Fortunately, they didn’t take our offer. Pam was determined to find us our dream home, a short commute, beautiful, spacious, way above codes constructed home. We just closed last month. She went above and beyond and got us more than what we wanted. She negotiated closing cost, very expensive chimney repair (5k+), and correction on all findings on inspection report.
She was honest, really way too honest and always had our best interests at the forefront. She is remarkable at communication, beyond a doubt, the most professional, knowledgeable, competent, patient, accommodating, thorough, and most caring agent our family has ever worked with. Moreover, she has extensive competency in military relocation services. We are beyond blessed to call her a friend and our go-​to realtor. To this day, she still keeps in touch, in fact she checked up on us during Hurricane Sandy. I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone.
