Casa Laundromat

This place is amazing, the young ladies that work there are awesome, very nice and friendly. I love that I can take clothes (especially when I allow my laundry to pile up) one day and pick them up the next! The folding of my clothes is perfect and can’t be beat. Theres nothing like bringing perfectly folded and smelling good clothes home that are ready to be put away within 5mins of being home.
I ve been here a few times over the last two years and will keep going back. The price is awesome too, not even a $ 1 per lb! I highly recommend. The laundromat itself is always clean too.

They did my laundry well, folded it properly, don’t know what else to say. Drop it off and go. Well worth the ten bucks for about a load of laundry. Will do again.

So my washer/​dryer in my condo went kaput and the new one is not being delivered for another week. I decided to try the wash and fold service at Casa Laundromat.
40 lbs for $ 0.89 per lb. Dropped it off last night, picked it up this morning and I love it! Clothes are clean and smell fresh, they are all neatly and perfectly folded. My batch included clothes, sheets, and towels. The socks were all matched up and paired.
I will definitely use Casa Laundromat again while I’m waiting for my in house washer/​dryer. And I think even after that I’ll consider this for when I’m short on time and big on dirty laundry!

Been using their wash and fold service weekly for 8 months since I moved to the area.

I dropped off 42 pounds of laundry on Friday at 7 pm. This was my first time using a wash and fold service and I was a bit apprehensive. I hoped that I got all my clothes back and that they were clean. I went back the next day at around 7 pm and my clothes were ready. The clothes were neatly folded and had a great scent! And most importantly the clothes were clean. It was also inexpensive. I only went to a wash and fold service because I had let my clothes pile up and I didn’t want to spend all day in the laundry room. Now I am thinking about putting them in my budget. I will probably go with 20 pounds and pay around $ 20. I think my time is worth at that

I dropped of 51lbs. of laundry at 7:15am and picked it up at 3pm, all washed and beautifully folded. My machine is broken at home and I hope it gets fixed soon, but in the meantime, Casa was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The folding makes me rethink doing laundry myself!

My first and hopefully last time having to to use a laundromat. I have no complaints. Place was clean and good equipment. It served its puprose.

This place was great. In and out fast, it was ready on time and the folding job was amazing. Waaay cheaper than doing it myself in the machines while my washing machine was broken.

If you need wash and fold service, try Forest 24 Laundromat, Norge Laundry, or any other laundromat in the area.
I’ve been using various wash & fold services in the area for about 5 years now. I always presort my clothes, I don’t know if its necessary, but that’s what I do.
The first time I used this laundromat, I was really excited because it seemed like a clean place and they turned my clothes around very quickly. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized that I was missing AN ENTIRE BAG OF CLOTHES! Like I said, I presort my clothes, so when my laundry had absolutely no sheets or towels, it was easy for me to realize that they didn’t give me a bag of clothes!
I went back, but no one working was very helpful. I figured I would give them a few weeks, hoping that someone would bring back my clothes (if they gave it to the wrong customer). When I called back, they were very rude and difficult to talk and completely denied that they lost my laundry.
If they had apologized, no problem. Mistakes happen. But based on the way they handled it, they won’t even accept that they have a problem. Which means they’ll do the same mistake again and there’s absolutely no accountability. I’m sad to say I won’t be able to use their service again and I absolutely cannot recommend that anyone else does so either.
