The management service is simply stellar and by far the best management team I’ve ever experienced. Yaritza and Justine are so awesome and they do everything within their power to make the residents comfortable and happy. These two women are consummate professionals with great problem solving and hospitality skills. They produce timely responses and follow-​ups.
No doubt about it, Carmel Alexandria is one of the best places I’ve ever lived. You can’t beat the location, the rate, the nice look of the apartment, and the people inside it. You will love living here.

We moved in 6 months ago and absolutely love our place. The staff is consistently very friendly, accommodating, understanding, helpful, and by far the best management team we have ever worked with. Yaritza always smiles and does everything in her power to make the residents comfortable and happy. Miguel is always willing to fix anything at a moments notice even if he’s swamped. Justine is very knowledgeable, professional, and willing to help anytime. We love living here not only because our apartment is spacious and elegant but because the staff here make us feel at home. There’s underground parking and building access is secure. The main entrance smells amazing and the hallways are clean. I highly recommend Carmel Alexandria.

Not all units are situated with a view. We suggest you move into the units designed to accommodate all people. Kitchens are upgraded and our unit has hardwood floors. We recommend the apartments to any person seeking a nice home to live in without problems with Management or Maintenance.
