The driver was very courteous, knowledgeable and resourceful. During a conversation in the car we were saying we should have done such and such the driver was able to chime in and give us advice. He opened doors and paid extra attention to my date needs. Excellent service! I would definitely use them again.

I make a majority of my selections for companies to work with based on their online presence, particularly the quantity and quality of their reviews on Unilocal and Google Local. That said, it’s fairly odd that I even gave Bovexs a chance, given their limited number of reviews (especially positive ones). That said, I was incredibly pleased with the results and my decision to choose them for limo service.
The car service was for my fiancée while I was away for my bachelor party weekend. I got a couple of her friends to come down from NYC to surprise her on a Friday evening after work and wanted to send them into DC on Saturday to have a night on the town. Not wanting them to deal with trying to convince a cabbie to drive back out to Reston at the end of the night, I knew a private car would be the best route. I ran across Bovexs on Google Offers, whereupon I started coming across criticisms on Unilocal about their service when customers tried to use daily-​deal site vouchers. To avoid having a similar experience, I simply gave them a call. We discussed the terms of the voucher, as well as the suspected plans for that coming Saturday evening, and I asked a few more questions of them. The guy on the other end of the phone put me on hold a couple times to clarify things with his manager, after which they ultimately offered an incredibly competitive price on a 6-​hour car service for four passengers.
While I wasn’t there to review the actual car service, my fiancée and her friends said that the driver was very friendly and that they had a great time. There were no additional charges, and on top of that my fiancée felt that the service deserved an additional tip on top of what was already covered in the invoice (I believe it was 20%).
Bottom line — Bovexs turned out to be a respectful, honest company who were able to work with me to create the right service offering. If you have questions or concerns about the fine print on a voucher, clear them up with the company before making a purchase.

voucher states ride to Dulles, extra surcharges make it «NO DEAL». Watch out, they want to add on gratuity… the amt of the tip should be at the discretion of the one tipping… also, very vague about who owns this company… I was told «Que Butt»…now really…
a $ 99 voucher turns into $ 172.50 from just over the Key Bridge… this is no deal and false advertising… Stay away from them, they are not reputable and not honest with any info on their company… told that the company has been around for
9 years, well it states on this site since 2008, lies, lies…

This is a follow up review, at the vendor’s request. As my earlier review stated, I had difficulty booking the service — which the owner says is due to problems with their phone service. Once I got past that frustration, however, the actual car service was timely and professional. Clean cars, experienced and articulate drivers. I used Living Social coupon and had no trouble at all tho users should be aware that 20% gratuity (based on full price) is automatically charged to your credit card on day ofnservice. Even with my difficult experience with the booking, I would use them again.

Watch out! I also tried to book them through the Amazon/​Living Social deal. After a number of attempts I did get through only to find that there would be a $ 27 extra charge from downtown DC to Dulles (on top of what I paid for the voucher which was for a ride to Dulles!). They pointed to some vague language on the voucher that actually discussed rides PAST the airport but not on rides TO the airport. It was very disappointing as we were hoping to start our honeymoon with a limo to the airport. At least Amazon was good about refunding quickly.
But seriously, what kind of company offers a groupon/​living social deal with vague fine print and sketchy surcharges. I’d stay away.
