If I could give this business zero stars I would.
I met with Rich last year as I was setting up my small business. Unfortunately because of some of the advice he gave and that I followed, I have had to spend many hours on the phone with the IRS and researching and submitting forms to correct the actions he instructed me to do. I initially established my company as a single member LLC due to the ease of tax filing with the benefit of still being somewhat protected. However, his advice to take an s-​election has caused me more headaches and stress than I could have ever anticipated. After meeting with him, I spoke with several other tax-​saavy friends and family members, all of whom were incredibly surprised that I would even consider being treated as an S-​Corp considering how small my business was expected to be. I should have know then that the advice I had received was awful.
