101 North Ripley Apartments

I am giving two stars because of the convenient location, (close to the highway short 15 minute drive to DC and Holmes run walking/​running path). It was an okay apartment to start off with but there are many cheaper and better maintained apartments around. The pictures here on Unilocal are one of the few updated apartments. I had many maintenance problems due to old appliances and fixtures. You either are in luck with your neighbors or out of luck.
Move in process was fairly simple and easy since they are so persistent with new customers. They take forever to get back to residents, or don’t get back to you at all. They have lost packages etc. upon move out I am now being charged for «damages» for things I reported were broken or something was wrong and nothing was ever done. As for parking the spots are very small and if they give you permission to park in a visitor spot as a resident. The towing company will still tow you. It is definitely worth paying $ 50 a month more for a brand new apartment down the street,
