Ahh the view on this bridge is beautiful .
The drive over the bridge is about 2 – 3 minutes. Try to snap as many pictures from your car as possible ! Haha
This is the bridge you pay to get on before you get to the border. Make sure you have your passports ready right after you cross it because the border comes right up after that.

There are two bridges crossing over the border here, one under US and New York jurisdiction, and the other Canada/​Ontario. The US span of the St. Lawrence River is a suspension bridge controlled, maintained, patrolled by the Thousand Islands Bridge Authority.
Given all the traffic going in/​out of Ontario Province using the narrow two lane span, they seem to have their stuff together.
The toll is $ 5., and they are not part of the EZ Pass system, so have cash or credit card available.
The view up and down stream is great with islands everywhere.

They do a great job keeping the bridges open all throughout the year. They are a little skinny, but they were probably built back when vehicles weren’t all that large.
