This was one of the nicest experiences I’ve had at a B&B. Tucker and Mary Ann are two of the most accommodating people you will ever meet. I was late to a wedding and Tucker told me just to pull around back and go inside to get ready. No worries about checking in. Accommodations were gorgeous, There were cold refreshments in the fridge, and Milo is the nicest donkey you will ever meet! Breakfast in the morning was delicious, and we ate on the back patio. Sweet French toast, succulent bacon, scrambled eggs, and endless coffee. Visit this lovely inn. You will not regret it. I will certainly be back.

We were going to Leesburg for a wedding at the end of August, after a Google search of the area, decided that we would stay at the Little River Inn. We arrived later than originally planned, around 9PM. We enter through a back door, and there was a note for us, welcoming us, letting us know where our room was, and directed us to call in the AM and let them know what time we would like breakfast. This is not a fancy B&B. It was very clean, kept with the original time period. The owner, Tucker, was friendly, informative, and excellent conversationalist. The breakfast was delicious, we stayed two nights, the second morning, Tucker made us a baked French toast that was amazing, and even gave me the recipe. The donkey, Milo, on the property was very friendly. Tucker gave me some fruit to feed him. The entire experience was so different from what I am used to in Massachusetts. I hope to have reason to go back someday.

Great bed and breakfast to stay in if you’re in Aldie or Middleburg VA for an overnight. The Withers family are gracious and the accomodations are wonderful.
