Three no show appointments, without even a phone call or explanation, after having received payment in full… I finally emailed the owner while I was out of the country and he actually sent a threatening email back to me, completely unprofessional. While his employees were at my house I heard someone rummaging around in my freezer’s ice bucket. I walk in my kitchen thinking it’s one of my kids and find this guy with his dirty hand inside my ice storage. Not an hour later, while my two minor sons were home, the other employee is yelling the word F#@k in my kitchen because something was going wrong. To their credit the two employees apologized and brought me a bag of ice later in the day. But the owner, he’s a whole other story. I told him I wouldn’t do business with someone threatened me and the next day his crew showed up and took out all of the already installed equipment… they couldn’t show up on scheduled appointments but when you refuse to put up with their rudeness they show up right away. By the way, their price was three times higher than their competitors so in the end I did much better. Also, work was supposed to be done with a permit and they didn’t even apply for the permit until after installation and the county inspector who showed up the day after they removed their stuff had some unflattering things to say about Elite and thanks to him he lead me to the better competitor.

I called Elite Electrical on the recommendation from another site. The receptionist was extremely helpful in setting up an appointment around my schedule and when a meeting interfered for me she helped reschedule without issues.
The electricians were very professional and knowledgeable looking into several problems I had. One issue was my own operator error and so was fixed with no problem. But James had a couple of suggestions about the breaker at issue. The other issue was reviewed and James gave me several options to follow up on which I have done with Kelly the owner.
Based on the company’s website the owner believe in giving back to the community and in helping out his employees.
I would definitely use them again.
