MaGavin’s is the classic Buffalo area converted house turned restaurant. We visited during a rain storm and had to wade through the divots in the parking lot. It is generally nice inside albeit it was quite loud. The overall menu is pretty ambitious with a lot of good choices. We had the diamond steak and pork chop and they were good but not great. The salad and soup was good as was the warm bread and hot baked potatoes. Would be interested in trying one of the seafood choices on the next visit. The overall service was good.

Awesome food, the pride of Alden. Try the Baked fish with seafood bisque poured over the top, in a word; amazing.
