We returned our emergency rental that we drove from Charlotte NC. thanks to US Air’s screw up. It was a brand new Ford Explorer and cost $ 300 for the 1 day rental. We needed another car that was cheaper and l asked if we could get a deal on an economy car. The great lady behind the counter gave us the Explorer at the economy pricing so now we get the same car for 6 days for a little over $ 300. Sweet. I watched how the employees worked with the customers and was impressed.

I was headed to the Avis line in the baggage claim area, when a RUDE customer cut me off and rushed ahead of me. I waited patiently until it was my turn. While I waited, I watched the Avis agent as she skillfully dealt with the RUDE customer. It was clearly difficult, but Jennifer handled it with class and grace. Once it was my turn, I shared with her how well she appeared to have done with the RUDE customer. She had also noticed that customer cut me off. Nonetheless, Jennifer was so kind, polite and helpful to me as well. She is a true credit to Avis. Thanks for making my rental car experience easy and fast!

Very well-managed rental location. Have rented here 3 times this season and have received exemplary service every time. Received a complimentary rental of a minivan because of a mix-up and subsequent unavailability of a Full-sized van which I had reserved. We ended up renting an additional compact car at full price to accommodate our needs. It all worked out, and was a great solution by the Avis manager. Lots of smiles and pleasant employees at this location. A lot like Denver(and not like Orlando!) Keep it up TYS Avis — I’ll see you again soon!
