I thought this group was amazing. They are guys learning how to give back to society and are learning trades as they go! The move was effortless, they really worked with me on my needs and did an «emergency» move for me the day after I contacted them. All the money that you pay goes into their world of making life better for the crew. I would use these guys 100x over!

Unfortunately, after getting somewhat settled which took a few weeks, some very precious jewelry was not to be found. Theree were at least four specific pieces — things worn often — that were packed with my bathroom items as they were in the same cabinet, and the new place would be put together the same. I wrote a letter to the manager about this issue, and now today, after going to my storage facility, (which they packed in a way as to prevent me from getting to things I need), I was looking for a bag of repairs — an old beautiful Zuni barrette, my Mom’s ring, a Zuni inlay ring, and another nice green turquoise ring that needed repair. These are not to be found. I am extremely upset as these items were not only valuable but sentimental. The first batch included a beautiful Navajo bracelet, a turquoise pendant that was my aunt’s, a Navajo link chain, and pendant. I would not recommend them. We may be forced to settle this in Small Claims Court. And, beware. The paperwork is only given at the end of the day — after you have paid in cash and they are out of sight. The manager says «we do not allow this», but clearly, they have a problem with theft. It’s very sad, not to trust people with your personal belongings. Especially when they have been paid $ 1,555.00 to move only 65 miles!
