First time I’ve ever heard about a no weight yogurt place. Get as much yogurt or toppings. Count me in. Cute place, worth stopping by if you’re visiting old town.

Great yogurt, low price! Very family friendly. Lots of space to sit down and relax. They have a few toys for kids to play with. The family restroom is one of the best I’ve seen. They provide diapers, baby wipes, even clorox wipes. Definitely a good place to stop and rest when you’re hanging out in Old Town.

Normally, frozen yogurt places are good… but they’re also expensive. This place wasn’t. Unlike most frozen yogurt establishments, they don’t charge by weight, they just charge by the size of the cup. Also, they had a Monday night deal going on that made it even cheaper… only $ 6 for three cups of yogurt! In addition to the price being a steal, the yogurt was super yummy. It was better than a lot I’ve had at the cramped little places that charge hefty amounts. The vanilla and the pomegranate(which had another fruit also. don’t remember) were delicious.

Cute little colorful place in Old Town with plenty of selections! I liked that instead of a weighed amount and total, you could stuff as much as you wanted into a small, medium or large cup. Prices from $ 3-$ 6. This works better for me because I don’t want a ton of things, but everything I seem to get weighs .8 lbs. Just kidding. Drama is necessary in the frozen yogurt world. :P Just as many toppings as your typical fro-yo place; possibly even more. They had coffee and tea too if you’d like something a little hot with your treat. The ambiance in Old Town is certainly nice to have around as you stroll and nibble your dessert. I would definitely recommend this place. The sweet girl tending to the shop was super enthusiastic and represented the business quite well!

Dollar waffle cone with unlimited gift and toppings. Where else can you find that? The owner does not play low ball, toppings are fresh and continuously being refilled. Nice frozen yogurt spot!

Cheap! $ 3 for a small cup with unlimited toppings. No weight limit or so. Great selection of toppings! It is located in the artists coop house. Plenty of seating and free wifi. Quiet and charming

I’ll admit this one: I had a serious case of parental neglect guilt and I needed some sweet treat salvation to get my kid back on my side. It happens to all of us at one point or another. Too much work and not enough play makes daddy a dull guy in the eyes of his little princess. It was late on a Friday night and a trip to Pop Fizz proved tragic; the brick-and-mortar was closed, opening soon at the Hispanic Cultural Center. Suddenly the search for local ice cream was extremely limited, and I succumbed to settling for that so-so shop in Old Town I’d been to about a year back. Or so I thought. When we walked in the building we found YAY Yogurt, and I couldn’t have been happier. Finally, a solid froyo option in this great neighborhood that offers everything you need to satiate your craving. Fresh and canned fruit, all of the cookie, candy and chocolatey caramely toppings, and eight yogurt flavors to choose from. I can’t say I was thrilled with those flavors, but they worked. And hey, did I mention cheap? Awesome! Seriously, you pay for a cup($ 3-$ 5) and fill it with anything your heart desires. Anything. No guilt about not adding gummi bears due to price-per-ounce; you’re paying a flat rate for pure, unadulterated parental cavity bribery, and you’ll win her over, even if it’s just for one night. Hey guys, throw something on the walls, will ya? The place is kind of barren.
