Wing Basket

I ordered ahead at 3:30pm and was told it wouldn’t be ready till 4:30. I come at 4:30 and don’t get to pay till 5:10 they told me they lost y ticket and will put it to the front. I sit and watch everyone that comes in after me get their order as they walk in for 20min. Then I ask if my order was close but they go searching and find my original call in order shoved who knows where. They said it will be right up. At 5:45 I see more people walk in after me and get their orders I’m now shaking after being there over an hour and crying from being upset. And ask for a refund. I don’t get one. They said they will make it for me now and throw in some extra fries. I can barely talk so I just wait. Order was wrong but left furious and didn’t want to deal with it anymore. This place needs to update their system so people don’t get left in the dust. I won’t ever come back here after being treated like that. Also I felt that I was singled out because of my race. Everyone that walked in there after I did that was white got their food right away. And I got an ugh like avoid after I spelled my last name out on the phone with the women. I’m sure that’s why my order was lost.

Been here a few times. I came in and staff was upbeat and friendly. Staff looked liked they worked well together and presented a good atmosphere. I wish they would invest in a little more stuff to liven up the place but it doesn’t take away how good the wings are. Also, try the chicken tenders. I prefer them over BWW any day! It would be nice to see them add some new items. Overall, give this place a go.

I’ve tried this restaurant twice — it was terrible both times. The first time I had their chicken tenders and I tried their boneless wings the second time. Both times the food was overcooked; it tasted like a deep fried cracker that was saturated in old burnt grease. In both cases I couldn’t finish a moderate sized meal because it tasted so bad — I shouldn’t have given them a second chance. I like most wings from most places, but I highly recommend not eating the food from this restaurant.

This location is very plain. There is no décor, just a few tables.
The wings are pretty good. I like the honey mustard. They don’t have the atmosphere, the variety in food, or the service that other wing places in town, but the prices are just as high.
If you want Wingbasket, skip the dining room and order it to-​go. Or just go to Buffalo Wild Wings.
