West Mesa Sprinklers

John from West Mesa Sprinklers was awesome. After a slew of unprofessional, overpriced and pushy businesses who had come out to my house to give me estimates (we’re talking about businesses who didn’t return calls, tried to reschedule multiple times because their «regulars» wanted my time slot, and tried to tell me i had to overhaul my entire sprinkler system for a thousand bucks…), I was expecting another unsatisfactory experience. He was punctual (a dying art, these days) and even called beforehand to tell me he was on his way. He remained true to his word regarding how long the job would take, and even offered to do more work within that time frame. He was courteous and very professional, and without a doubt we will be calling West Mesa Sprinklers again in the future.
