We had a leaking shower. Another mobile rv co. in Flagstaff attempted and failed to fix it. Arriving in Albuquerque, we called around all sorts of rv service companies, and they were all slammed with work and couldn’t fit us in, sometimes for weeks. But Tom, of Tom’s RV& Service said ‘Bring the trailer around tomorrow morning and we’ll look at it.‘ And he set Jim, the plumbing guy to work on it. There were discussions about how it might not work, and what stuff to use to seal the cracked shower pan. But anyway, about three hours later, we were on our way, with admonishment not to use it for 24 hours. 24 hours(and some) later, we water tested it. No leaking!!! Yay. And now, some 72 hours after the work, the first actual shower.(No we are not unwashed people, we just wanted to make sure the adhesive stuff had completely cured) No leaks. Well done Jim and thank you Tom for fitting us in.

Had a problem with our RV air conditioner. Told by several repair places it couldn’t be fixed. Took it to Tom and he got the job done. As full time RVers we would recommend Tom’s Rv Service to anyone needing repairs! He was honest about everything he said. All of his employees were also knowledgable and courteous. Anytime we are in Albuquerque and in need of repairs, we will go there!

A couple people recommended Tom’s. They were easy to work with and courteous. I’m just surprised about some things that were missed in the inspection of the RV that I ended up buying. I’d like that in would include opening the back trunk door to see that the hydraulic jacks were leaking oil badly, that the anode would be pulled to see that the water heater insides are trashed, that the house water system was sucking are from a bad connection right next to the pump, by obviously cross-threading, instead of saying that the water pump needed to be replaced(I had it replace, but got the old one, which bench tests just fine. I found that the new one didn’t appear to work, either, because of the air leak. I un-cross-threaded the line and it works fine now).
