Extremely dishonest. I paid them to wrap and send a turntable to an ebay customer, they taped the box the turntable was in into a larger box without any padding… nothing. It rolled around and was destroyed. Then proceeded to not return my phone calls, lie about the insurance policy and NEVER get me my insurance claim. And don’t thin this is a one off thing, this went on for months, I spoke to a number of employees. I didn’t even get the 400 dollar turntable back. DO NOT GO HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Poor/​fair doesn’t describe the service. Why can’t I choose «horrible» or «so bad I want to gouge my eyes out»? Do you want your item packed and shipped in the worst way possible? Want to be mistreated as a customer, made to feel like a villain, and dismissed? Want to seriously overpay for services? Go to this store. Want to not have your items destroyed? DON’T GO HERE, and don’t give them your money. The UPS store contends they’re all about small business. They’re not. They’re about mistreating customers and destroying what they ship for you. DO NOT BOTHER. Ship your package on the back of a donkey. It’ll be safer. I guarantee it. TELL OTHERS, Do not give this business your money.
