Living here is terrible. The people in the area are real creeps. I got robbed, my scooter got stolen there and one time a pervert even walked into my studio while I was sleeping! On top of that when I moved out they charged me an extra 400 dollars for damages that I did not see. I should sue them for my emotional trauma.

I really enjoyed living at the Arbors. Never saw a bug. The maintenance staff was excellent and the leasing agents were friendly. I was in a studio apartment on the third floor. It’s a great price and the location is not bad.

I would never recommend anyone to The Arbors. From the day I moved in until the day I moved out I had problems with the staff. On the day I was set to move in, they had not completed whatever paperwork and rental history they needed done in order to unlock my door. I sat in the parking lot for two hours with a car full of my belongings because they wouldn’t let me start until they did what should have been done in the days prior. Welcome home, right? The main reason I lived here is because I had very little money. It was the worst financial time in my life and the last thing I needed was this. I saved up money for six months to buy myself a lap top computer from Dell. A couple of weeks went by and I didn’t receive my computer, so I called Dell who informed me that my computer had been delivered a few days ago. I thought ‘great, I’ll just run down there and get it’. According to the staff, nobody had seen a computer. Between Dell and DHL(the delivery company) we came up with a signature of an employee who swore he never remembered signing for it. I asked for the property manager to call me. When she called, she was horribly rude to me after I explained what happened. «We are not responsible for your personal items, we sign as a courtesy and nothing more. Anything else?» Some courtesy. When I asked about their system of accepting packages, she said«don’t tell me how to do my job» and hung up me and refused to speak to me again. I was so upset that I called my mother. My mom said that maybe I was just upset and called the manager herself. The manager told my mother that she had nothing to say to her other than to teach her daughter some manners. I was absolutely in shock. I ended up taking them to small claims court over it and had my money back for my computer 5 months after that. Since this happened, they added a line to their lease explaining that they have no responsibility to your delivered packages, so if this happens to you then you will have no recourse. BECAREFUL. I did have a few nice neighbors, but nice doesn’t equal quiet. There were a lot of unsupervised children, barking dogs, loud music, and yelling at all hours of the night. I kept to myself and never did anything to cause trouble. One night I had a friend over who smoked cigarettes he rolled himself. One of my neighbors called the police on me and said I was smoking marijuana on my porch. What a nice neighborhood. On the day I moved out I had scheduled a walk through of my apartment at 10am. I wanted the walk through because I knew I hadn’t damaged a thing and I was sure they’d say I did. Nobody ever showed up and when I walked down to the office to see if they could still do it, the office was closed. I waited until 11am and nobody ever came. Shocking: / Last thing I will mention. It’s a cockroach haven. I’m a very clean person and no matter what I did they were in every room every day. Please don’t move here. I promise you will regret it. If you need more assurance, please email me at and I’d be happy to further convince you.
