I have been back at this hotel for an extended stay and I have to say, the staff is STELLAR. My room is amazing for the prices I am paying, and I gotta say, I have never felt more comfortable at a hotel before. Everyone knows my name, and treats me with the utmost respect! Awesome place to stay!

Outside appearances are deceiving. The room was dirty and there were hairs on the top blanket and fleece blanket. I took them both off the bed to see that the box spring had a huge blood stain on the side as if someone bled out. Five minutes later we checked out and found a better hotel. Also, there were questionable individuals hanging out in the parking lot. I’d say the police should be hanging out here more often.

East Bay
This is NOT a five star (i.e. Hilton) hotel – no mints, no frills.
Studio 6 is part of the Motel 6 chain. The difference is that it is a mini suite with the standard bed and bathroom and also a full kitchen (stovetop, microwave, full sized refrigerator, pots, pans dishes, utensils, sink)
All of this for around $ 65 a night! Yup not a misprint.
The mattresses were a little too soft for us but we’re used to sleeping on an extra firm mattress. The room and bathroom were very clean.
The bonus for us was that it is located close to Thai Vegan (see my review)
We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Alburquerque!
