My favorite Starbucks location! They always get my drink right and have amazing customer service! I try to only go to this one! They make me feel at home everytime.

I used to come to this location regularly years ago bc everyone was so nice and knew me. However I don’t come by here as often. The lay few times I have It hasn’t been pleasant. The employees were too busy chatting behind the counter to greet me and today girl who rang me up argued with me about how much I pay for my drink! Instead of trying to make me happy and understand where I was coming from she continued to argue and was really rude to me! I will not be returning here. I will stick to the locations where I am greeted and treated like a valued customer!

I dig (or maybe I don’t?) that this is one of the only places to find a New York Times in ABQ. How many places do you have to go, ask for a NYT and get a look like you’re some kind of idiot? Big plus for me that I can find one here (well, at any Starbucks).
Service was some of the friendliest and least pretentious I’ve ever come across at a Starbucks. Dining area is well-​kept. Aside from that, it’s Starbucks, so it’s what you would expect from food and drink. Probably the best SBUX on the Westside.

It’s a nice place to get coffee and walk around if you have nothing else to do. The shop is nice and clean. Right next to the sushi restaurant if you shall desire some. Pretty nice location. Though there is no drive through.

The morning crew is consistent and they remember you after only a few visits. Darlene is super friendly and can manage a long line pretty quickly. Their new facelift added quite a bit of nice seating and some large tables, which I would have loved when I had study group meetings.
