The one thing you can say about Starbucks is you k i.e. What you’re going to get. The staff is always friendly and professional and gets my drink done correctly.

I like this Starbucks. When I lived in ABQ, I frequented it on my way to work since it was on my route. The employees are friendly. Sometimes the service can be slow, but everywhere gets busy on occasion. My big gripe with this location is the parking. When it’s busy in the drive through lane, it blocks several parking spots at the front of the store making it hard to get in or leave. Most of the other spots in the lot are specifically designated for Carl’s Jr.

I love this location. It has been around for a while but I have never had an issue or a mistake at all. Service is great, the baristas know their stuff so this location will not disappoint you.

Lately they’ve been burning the espresso shots. Quit burning my drink! It’s expensive. It should taste right, not gross and bitter.

My co worker and I go to this location daily right after lunch. This store location has the rudest, Un friendliest store manager i have ever encountered. I feel sorry for her employees and other customers. We have stopped going due to her.

The people that work here make the store great – fast, friendly and probably the cleanest Starbucks I have bee to in Albuquerque. Bathrooms were clean! Drinks were good and we were given a sample of coffee cake to go with our order. We sat in the busy café and enjoyed the morning.

Horribly slow! Any other real city they would get shut down. Typical land of mañana service. Filthy inside and I know Starbucks brand standards and this isn’t even remotely close of what they built their brand upon. Someone from Corporate needs to whip this location into shape!

This location is the slowest in town. Their track record for correct orders for me is 50%. It’s so bad that I’ve overheard employees complain about their own location! What is wrong with this place???

the management here is not in line with the Starbucks Corp. I was recently in the dining area when the manager came from behind the counter and told me I had to make purchase cause people were waiting on the table. The restaurant was more than half empty with plenty of tables and I had only been in the establishment maybe 20 minutes. During the compliance with her request i told her that frequented this location as well as many others and never been told that before… she informed me that a customer said that table I was occupying was his.

It’s hard for me to review Starbucks or anyplace like it so I’ll review the iced green tea drink I got. I’ve been drinking this iced tea for years and it started with my days working for SouthWest Airlines as a Customer Service Agent. I’m more or a tea drinker and not really a big fan of coffee, so a group of us went to Starbucks in the airport one morning and I didn’t want to feel left out and so began my fascination with green tea. The tea they use is Tazo Zen Green Tea I believe and that tea is very refreshing hot or cold. It has a minty, lemon grass flavor which is very good and I like a lot Although I’ve tried to duplicate their iced tea and it’s never the same. If your a tea drinker I would definitely recommend the iced green tea, it’s refreshing and great on a hot summer day. Definitely Lightning Approved!

I can’t believe I am reviewing a Starbucks, but this one deserves a good review. I go here often and the quality is fine. However, the lines and wait times are ridiculous. The drive-thru is also very cramped and it is impossible to back out into the drive-thru line that also blocks the Carls’ Jr. that is next door. I’ve routinely spent 20 minutes or more in the drive-thru. It is much slower than every other Starbucks in town. It is such a great location downtown, but needs to be made much larger to accommodate the number of patrons. The staffing needs to be increased for the drive-thru.

this is a really nice starbucks. I came in here and the employees were nice. customers are also friendly, they would look after your stuff when you need to use the bathroom. but one time I came in here. I was uncomfortable being there. some guy keeps staring at me. like every minute(looking at his readings, then up to the place then to me, repeat) how awkward… but that’s the only thing I was uncertain with. especially the area of abq. it’s downtown. so. they make your drinks on point. good job baristas!

This location has always been fast and super friendly. I’ve never gone inside… just through the drive through. Try a blond roast coffee with a spinach feta wrap. You won’t be disappointed!

Easy to find with being Broadway Blvd is a major cross street in downtown Albuquerque. I discovered that they had those New Mexico state mugs for sale, so I bought one for a friend who was collecting them. Also got my daily brew before heading to the airport. Used the drive through before going in and smelling the aroma of the Starbucks. That’s when I discovered those mugs. The Drive through option is awesome though. I wonder if they have em in HI.

Before making my way to the airport, a quick SBTSVL fix. With the prices at the terminals, it’s better to spend a few bucks less on coffee at a local Starbucks store. This store has a Drive-Thru which is always handy if you are in a rush to get someplace. The service was quick, accurate and friendly, and I made it on time to the airport.
