I had the complete opposite experience as Alma Z. had at Small Steps. I received a call within a couple days of emailing regarding services. The woman I spoke with was very kind and thorough. I was told there was a waiting list and it would take a month or so for my little one to be seen. To my surprise I got a call a few days later from Courtney. We did an assessment within a week and started weekly therapy with her. Small Steps has always been professional, kind, and considerate. They worked really well with my daughter. Although, we have since stopped services I would go back in a heart beat the moment my little one needed it.

I had emailed to inquiry about services. She emailed me once and I replied and she never answered again. Really bad company etiquette if you ask me. It might be nice to pick and choose who you decide to help. Bad company etiquette, she should’ve just told me that she didn’t want to work
