Wow talk about about customer service being dead. I wasn’t even thanked for my purchase and was told if I wore the shoes out of the store I would void the return policy… seriously? Like wearing them out of the store magically adds a month to the shoes age but multiple people trying on the pair in the store is ok? This will be the last time I drop $ 70 at this store with their extremely limited selection of men’s athletics shoes and snobby attitude even when there’s more employees in the store than customers. They should just be a women’s only shoe store and save men the trip.

This store has a better selection of shoes than the westside location. This store also has better customer service than the westside. Lots of sandals, prom shoes, and winter shoes were on sale. Minus one star for not receiving a coupon upon entry. But hey, at least the person greeted me and that is a rarity for me in albuquerque and to some extent santa fe. So no complaints.

It’s a shoe store that carries your major brands, but at discounted prices. Like, a step-up from Payless Shoes. They definitely cater to the female demographic here, as about 80% of the floor space is dedicated to women’s shoes. You can also find cheap sunglasses here.

This store is similar to «DSW» which we had in Illinois. It seems like there are SO many shoes yet when I walk around, i i do not like anything… there are a lot of kinda«cheapy» «hoochy» shoes. but in the front left corner they have like the nicer ones like clarks and born which are pretty good quality. They have a lot of brands but nothing super high end. Looks like they had a big boot selection when i was there yesterday… The staff is probably paid on commission because they seem to follow you and try to tell you how much they like a certain shoe… i overheard a sales person trying to tell this lady how the shoes really brought out the color in her outfit blah blah blah… i wish stores didnt have people paid like this because they just annoy me. I want to shop in peace then only have someone talk to me if I need them to do something for me… They seem to have a lot of sales/deals but I just haven’t found anything I liked yet… I think I like Dillard’s better for shoes but their staff is somewhat similar.
