The location is great! Easy access to Paseo or Coors. Close to Smith’s, Costco, Target, etc. The grounds are always kept clean and look good. Maintenance staff is friendly. Office staff was great when we were looking to move in, now that we are here they seem to be more rude then helpful. There is no drop box. You have to pay your rent online, and it has to be a PC. Mac products will not work with their website. So if you’re an Apple fan like myself, paying rent is a complete inconvenience. Good luck finding parking near your apartment after 9pm. Safe to say I’ll moving when my lease is up.
